As a Self-Realised expression of consciousness, Tiger Dragon Storm's journey to finding the truth of what we are, began after a life changing trip to Asia turned his world around. Visiting temples and studying philosophers and self-realised beings from the Buddha to Confucius, Tiger's understanding of reality shifted from a moderate interest in the spiritual world to full on seeking that truth which exist beyond mind. That truth that the Buddha seems to know so well. Upon returning to England his place of birth, he dove into various spiritual systems ranging from Wicca, western shamanism, and African and Indian spirituality to name a selection. But it wasn't until walking the path of Self-Enquiry that he reached enlightenment/self-realisation. He feels its most important to experience any knowledge or wisdoms that one receives from another, via meditating or doing so physically, for experience is what he calls "overstanding."
