This is an excellent book about the subject of writing academic essays. It is concise, clearly written and contains many examples of the good, the bad and the indifferent. It is useful for those who have not had to write such an essay for many years. It will be especially useful for those who need to rapidly get up to speed with the demands of a formal academic essay.
