The chapters examine such issues as the notion of Jews as murderers of Christ and as instruments of Satan, the scapegoating of Jews in the modern world as both evil capitalists and evil communists, the fearsomely widespread belief that the Holocaust never happened, and the anti-Semitic commentaries of the Nation of Islam.

He is the co-editor of Jewish-Christian Encounters Over the Centuries: Symbiosis, Prejudice, Holocaust, Dialogue and author of Western Civilization: A Brief History. - FREDERICK M. SCHWEITZER is Professor of History at Manhattan College in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. He is the co-editor of Jewish-Christian Encounters Over the Centuries: Symbiosis, Prejudice, Holocaust, Dialogue and author of A History of the Jews Since the First Century A.D.
