By bidding on my item means you agree to my terms.  Most of my items are vintage or pre-owned and may show signs of normal wear.  Items are sold in the same condition they are acquired in unless stated otherwise.  Please read description and measurements carefully and ask any questions before bidding.  I do my best to describe any defects I see.  If you have any concerns, please make sure to ask questions before bidding.  Keep in mind the hues on the pictures may vary due to the cameras or monitors used.   I usually ship priority mail even though I may have chosen economy on my listing, I reserve the right to ship by another carrier or service.  If you have a concern on the timeline or want the product shipped by a specific carrier or service please contact me before bidding to discuss and confirm shipping charges.  There will be no insurance on buyers item if first class shipping is chosen instead of priority and buyer will be responsible for any item damage or item not received.  If for some reason an item arrives damaged due to shipping on insured items I will require a photo of the damage and USPS may require you to bring the item in to verify damage before any refunds can be made.  Do not dispose of the item until I give the all clear regarding the refund.  I do not change the shipping address after auction end.  If you want an item shipped to a different address that must be approved before bidding.  Items over $100.00 may require signature for proof of receipt.  If that's a problem please reach out to me for possible other arrangements before bidding.  If box is dented or damaged, make sure to note it or open in front of postal employee for insurance purposes.  If returns are being offered on clothing, they must have tags attached and unaltered as seen in photos to receive a refund.  No returns will be made due to allergies from laundry detergents or fabric softeners.  I will accept returns only if item is not as described.  I do not accept returns for Buyers remorse, or manufacturer flaws, defects or imperfections.  Pictures are part of the description.  Payment is due within 1 day of auction end. 

International Buyers – Please Note:   Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.  I will ship some smaller lighter weight items internationally. I will not be responsible for postal damage or loss .  I also can not guarantee how long it will take once it leaves my hands at the post office.
