Payment: Payment is due within 4 days of end of auction. Immediate payment due with all Buy it Now listings.

Shipping: Items usually ship out within 1-2 business day of receiving cleared payment. Items may be shipped using different company than that of the listing, at our discretion. If you have a preferred shipping method, please contact us before purchase or placing bids. Listings offering free shipping are for the Continental United States only. Does NOT include Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico; please contact us before you bid/buy for a shipping quote.

International Orders: Buyer is responsible for any customs fees (or other fees) their country may charge upon arrival of item. Shipping forms are filled out with accurate description and price. Please don't ask to be shipped as gift.

Returns:  Returns will no longer be accepted. All products will be sold as is. Please read description and examine all photos before purchasing item(s).

Damaged items: If item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us right away. You will be required to provide pictures for insurance claims. The following pictures will be required:

·       All damage

·       Box (overall and any damage to box)

·       Close up of shipping label

·       All packing material (bubble wrap, foam, paper, cardboard, etc)

These pictures are required for us to submit insurance claims with the shipping companies. If you cannot provide ALL of these pictures, you will not be issued a refund.

Sales Tax: Washington State residents will be charged sales tax.
