Dr. Diana Chavez Ketterman received a doctorate in educational psychology from the University of California at Riverside. With over 30 years experience, she works as a K-12 school psychologist and an at-risk community college counselor in Southern California. She is the CEO of the Character Champions Foundation that trains character coaches to promote wellness by incorporating Character Champion leadership and self-development skills for youth and adults. Dr. K. shares her expertise internationally with families, school districts, hospitals, and community/professional organizations, including Disney, CSEA, community colleges, state universities, ESI and Primerica. She is also a certified True Colors Master Trainer, Nonviolent Crisis Prevention Intervention Trainer and a certificated mediator. Lucille Aiken taught high school English emphasizing speech, creative writing, language development, reading, and drama education for over 33 years. She is a certified English language acquisition instructor and a master Character Champions Trainer and Character Coach. Cindy Yan Fu has two USA Masters education degrees in cognitive and school psychology. An experienced school psychologist and CA licensed educational psychologist, she serves as a Character Champions "coaching bridge" between China and the USA by teaching and practicing positive psychology in both countries for over 18 years.
