Kaurudar is an educational consultant at the Pennsylvania Training and Technical Assistance Network (PaTTAN), where she serves as the Statewide Lead for the School Psychology initiative.Timothy J. Runge is a nationally certified school psychologist and board certified behavior analyst. He is Professor in the Department of Psychology at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
