This journal is a little different than other journals and is way more than simple journal prompts. It guides you to reflect deeply on your life. It is a flow from reflecting on the past, then moving you into your current happenings, and finally asks you to imagine a future in which you feel more whole, connected, and alive in your life. The intention of this journal is to help you bring awareness to some of your unconscious thoughts and habits (because thoughts create habits). It is to help you recognize where you may be 'off course' in your life so that you can get back to what truly matters to you. This isn't about judging yourself. It's about loving awareness. The prompts in this journal are intended to create more Freedom for you. Freedom from unconscious limiting beliefs you may hold about yourself. Freedom from obligations and expectations that you hold that are no longer serving you. Freedom from all of the restrictive perspectives that are keeping you from living your life with more peace, love, and joy. ***contains a few curse words***

Alisha AE is a lover of people. She has worked in various industries throughout the years, but has found her heart calling in guiding people to connect back to their Soul Self. All of the work she does is set with the intention of showing others the light within themselves, that will lead them back home to who they really are. She consciously began her journey in 2008 after deciding she no longer would be a victim of depression. Through the years she has studied various modalities which have always lead her back to her heart and soul. She now does her best to stay connected to the Divine Essence within so that she may be a living example for others on their own journeys.
