Author Biography
Beddard is Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at Southampton University. He is also a member of the Southampton based Mountbatten Institute for International Studies where he has been partly responsible for a programme of workshops to duscuss wider, interdisciplinary aspects of human rights.
