Author Biography
Jing Song is a graduated Ph.D. student at the Department of Urban Planning and Design of The University of Hong Kong. Solid background is in urban sustainability, urban resilience, landscape theory, urban pollution, disaster and environment management, integrated development model of railway and property (R plus P), and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) development model.
