Description for Sales People
This is the only " pure" leadership book in healthcare. It combines the two key elements of effective leadership - values and behaviors. Internal values drive external behavior. The book identifies the key values that highly effective leaders possess and then drills down to spell out specific behaviors that these effective leaders practice. This book greatly appeals to faculty of undergraduate and graduate programs in healthcare administration to use it as the leadership textbook because it has ample references that come from refereed academic journals and it also provides very practical content. And, it specifically addresses the issues of post-COVID leadership without dwelling too much on the topic.
