Author Biography
Colt Kaufman is a seasoned retired Private Investigator and has owned many businesses through the years. He has like most people struggled through the years to get ahead and pay the bills! He is a Father & Grandfather, Private Pilot, Licensed Private Investigator, Consultant and avid outdoorsman. He now lives in the Texas Hill Country and tends to his horses and chickens. He loves helping young people get ahead and serves on the board of the local youth organization. Above most everything else he is an avid Coffee drinker and can be found in Downtown Bandera Texas or on the porch, overlooking the pasture and writing, but always, with a cup of coffee in hand. Colt is consulted from folks all over the country for his advise and insight on many issues, including personal, business, finance or governmental, and security. He retired after a major surgery in 2010 which has restricted his activities to mostly administrative and writing, which he loves. He's a person whom everyone listens to and is respected for his insights.
