Lucky E. Asuelime is a SeniorLecturer and Head of the Ag. Department of Politics and International Studiesat the University of Zululand. He is a specialist on African Security,Political Economy and Nuclear History/Politics. His recent publicationsinclude a co-authored book entitled: Boko Haram: The Socio-Economic Drivers, Springer2015; and a Journal article: Churchill's British Atomic Relations withMalan's Government in South Africa, 1951 – 1954? New Contree, No. 71,137-151, December 2014. Raquel A. Adekoye is completing her PhD research onthe title: The Independence of Kashmir State: A Panaceafor Indo-Pakistani Conflict and South Asian Security Crises? She is a research assistant in the Politics and International Studiesdepartment, University of Zululand.
