Terry Mahan Buttaro, PhD, ANP-BC, GNP-BC, FAANP is Assistant Clinical Professor at Simmons College, Lecturer at the University of Massachusetts Boston, and Nurse Practitioner with Coastal Medical Associates in Salisbury, Massachusetts. Kate A. Barba, RN, MS, GNP-BC, is Clinical Nurse Specialist at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston Massachusetts.
