Author Biography

Bruno Charbonneau is Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science, Laurentian University, Canada. He has a PhD in Political Studies. Geneviève Parent is Assistant Professor in Conflict Studies at St Paul University, Canada, and has a PhD in Criminology.
