After 107 days into my plan I reached my goal weight of 230 lbs. That was an overall loss of 57 lbs. Over the course of this journey I totally transformed my body and mind. Nothing about this plan is easy and I didn't want it to be. Part of fueling my motivation to keep the weight off is remembering how hard I had to work to reach my goal. I started writing this book over the course of my journey because I wanted to share this information in the hope of helping others.
