Ximena P. Suarez-Sousa is a professor of the Department of Leadership and Learning at Minnesota State University Moorhead. She is core faculty and coordinator of the Doctor of Education degree program.Boyd L. Bradbury is a professor and chair of the Department of Leadership and Learning at Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is a core faculty member in the Doctor of Education degree program.
