New Paperback Books
All of our new books are supplied
direct to us from the publisher or from select distributors.
The book are usually posted in a padded envelope
or rigid packaging.
PAYMENT
We only accept payment through PayPal, as this allows us to dispatch your order quickly and efficiently. Payments received via e-cheque will take longer, as it takes roughly 10 days for them to clear.
SHIPPING
To take advantage of our postage offers, please select each item you want but don't go through with payment when asked. Instead email or send a message, that way we can send you an invoice for the total of the goods with the postage discount applied.
At present, we only sell/ship to UK addresses. We aim to dispatch your item within 2 days of receiving cleared payment. This does not include the time it takes for Royal Mail to deliver your items. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd class unless otherwise stated. We only ship to the delivery address listed with your PayPal account, so please make sure this information is up to date.
TERMS OF SALE
All sales are final after a 7 days of receipt of the item(s). Please check the item(s) clearly upon receipt. Please let us know immediately if you have any problems with the item(s). Item(s) can be returned within 7 days of receipt, although return postage will be non-refundable. We will refund or exchange any items that are defective or have errors made by us. In which case the return postage will become refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the product, it must be returned in original packing and complete for full refund to be made. Again return postage is non-refundable.
