Good condition SM Magazine Book from July 1972. Book does have some wear, mostly due to age, handling and storage. No significant damage or major stains, but there is some cover wear and discoloration of the interior pages. Please see pics.

Fine - item is very clean and nice and any signs of wear are hard to find

Very Good - item has some wear, possibly due to age, but overall clean and nice

Good - item may have some minor issues like stains or damage but does not impact collectibility

Acceptable/Fair - item has many issues, like stains, rips or missing parts
