Dr. Troy Anthony Bronner, a native of Philadelphia and trailblazing visionary is known for his exegetical teaching and remarkable preaching ability. Dr. Bronner is the Senior Pastor of Elim Christian Fellowship of Buffalo, New York and Rochester, New York, conceptually known as a place of refreshing. He is also the founder and presiding prelate of Turning the World Upside Down Covenant Fellowship Inc., a national ministry where he has oversight for thirteen affiliate churches, grounded in biblical teaching that is spiritually relevant to the body of Christ. Dr. Bronner earned his Doctorate of Ministry at Northeastern Seminary in June of 2014.
