To commemorate the 45th anniversary of Gilbert Baker's original eight coloured Pride flag, current students and Alumni of the University of Suffolk were inspired to create short prose, poetry and non-fiction writing influenced by the themes Baker associated with each colour. A powerful collection that emphasises the importance of queer voices in rural settings, such as Suffolk, and the human desire to be heard or seen.

Review
'When they want to silence us, we have to speak louder. When they want to intimidate us, we stand together, resolute and brave. When they trade in hate, fear and shame, we counter that with love, light and pride.' - Simon James Green, author of Boy Like Me.; 'The full spectrum of our humanity is explored in the short stories and poetry in these pages.' - Charley Beal, President of The Gilbert Baker Foundation.
