He is lead author of The Research Journey of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (2015) and The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Diary.OLIVIA DONNELLY is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist at North Bristol NHS Trust. She has a background in providing support to people with physical health conditions and body image distress, and a longstanding interest in using mindfulness and acceptance-based approaches to enhance people's wellbeing and confidence.FREDDY JACKSON BROWN is a registered and chartered clinical psychologist with twenty years' experience working with children and families in the NHS. He has published articles and chapters and is the author of Get the Life You Want (2013) and ACT for Dummies (2016).
