Author Biography
Aimee Phlegar is an empowered empath, a soul healer, and a nurturing agent for change and transformation. With 23+ years of experience, Aimee has supported and empowered transformation in hundreds of clients, many who refer to her as a true visionary. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, a certified neuro-nutrient therapist and holistic health practitioner and is a member of the American Association of Drugless Practitioners. Being a certified Divine Navigation coach, a level 6 Reiki Master Teacher as well as a yoga and meditation instructor has given her a full tool-kit to facilitate major changes when working with her clientele. Beyond her work with students and clients, Aimee is a mother to four children (three girls and one boy) and wife to a very supportive and loving man. She has two crazy dogs, a Westie and a Scottie named Chloe and Haggis, that she lovingly refers to as her Zen puppies. When Aimee is not orchestrating the lives of herself and her family, she enjoys quiet time reading, meditating, and doing yoga. Aimee's greatest love though is to be at the beach and anywhere around the water as that is where she feels most alive. She loves the sounds, the smells, and the peacefulness of it. She also finds it to be a great place of contemplation and creativity. All of her best ideas come when she's around the water. Once she and her husband retire and are empty nesters, they plan to buy a boat and sail off into the sunset.
