This book is in very good condition. The binding is strong and the pages are clean and unmarked. The only flaw I see is some discoloration to the inside of the pages due to oxidation and age. The first inside page has a personal message written on it from the previous owner. This book comes from a smoke free home. I have the absolute best clients.
