Geir Johansen is professor emeritus of music education and music didactics at the Norwegian Academy of Music, Oslo, Norway.Panagiotis A. Kanellopoulos serves as associate professor of music education at the University of Thessaly, Volos, Greece.Patrick Schmidt is professor of music education at Western University, Canada.
