Torrie Nguyen wrote her first short-story at age seven and has morphed into an obsessive journaler. She has written marketing lingo for many businesses, numerous short stories, and a screenplay. Torrie loves yoga, pondering the unanswered questions of the universe, and heavy metal music. Her purpose in writing this book is to provide insight and hope to victims of West Nile Virus and their families. She believes illness is much more than a physical experience. It is also a mental, emotional, and spiritual journey. Torrie lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, and two daughters. This is her first published memoir.
