Lessons cross disciplines to meet educational standards for science, language arts and social studies."One learns that the world, though made is still being made. That this is still the morning of creation." Divided into three main sections, the book begins by discussing John Muir's life and accomplishments. His timeless quotes prompt thoughtful reflection suitable for any age. Section two provides opportunities for students to conduct evidence-based field studies.
