Tom Crea is an author, speaker, and leadership development coach. A Blackhawk pilot, he didn't think it possible to enjoy anything more than flying helicopters. Today, he shares his valuable experiences to develop leaders who build cohesive teams via keynotes, seminars, and coaching sessions.
