Carol S. Weisman, Ph.D. is Professor of Health Evaluation Sciences and Obstetrics and Gynecology and Director of the Central Pennsylvania Center of Excellence for Research on Pregnancy Outcomes at The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine in Hershey, Pennsylvania.
